- Promoter
The promoter is Brownes Foods Operations Pty Limited trading as Brownes Dairy (ABN 60 146 849 881) of 22 Geddes Street, Balcatta, Western Australia 6021 (“Promoter”).
- Eligibility
Entry is open to residents of Western Australia aged 18 years or over.
Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, its related bodies corporate, agents, or agencies directly associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
Entrants must hold a valid email address or social media account to be eligible.
- Promotion Period
The promotion commences at 23:59 hrs AWST on 23 September 2025 and ends at 11:59 hrs AWST on 30 September 2025 (“Promotion Period”).
- How to Enter
To enter, eligible entrants must, during the Promotion Period:

Limit: one (1) entry per person.
Incomplete, ineligible, or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
- Game of Chance
This promotion is a Game of Chance. A valid entry does not guarantee winning.
The winner will be selected randomly by the Promoter at Brownes’ offices on 30 September 2025.
- Prizes
Major Winner Prize: One (1) month’s supply of CHILL Choc — thirty-one (31) x 600ml cartons (RRP approx. $117.80).
Mates’ Prizes: The Major Winner may nominate four (4) friends, each of whom will receive one (1) week’s supply of CHILL Choc — seven (7) x 600ml cartons each (RRP approx. AUD $26.60). Total value: AUD $106.40
Total prize pool value is approx. $224.20.
Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
- Winner Notification & Prize Delivery
The winner will be notified by direct message (DM) on the platform they entered on 1 October 2025.
The Promoter will arrange with the winner details for prize collection or delivery.
If the winner does not claim their prize within 14 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw on 8 October 2025.
- Verification
The Promoter may request proof of age, identity, and eligibility.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify entries that do not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
- General Conditions
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, late, or misdirected entries.
If the promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to technical difficulties, fraud, or any cause beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, terminate, or cancel the promotion.
Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from entry or prize acceptance.
- Privacy
Personal information collected will be used for the purposes of conducting the promotion and may be disclosed to third parties for prize fulfilment.

By entering, entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, and entry (if relevant) for promotional purposes without payment.
