Sausage Rolls

Sausage rolls made with 100% WA beef and yoghurt made from 100% Brownes WA Farm Fresh Milk. It’s how we roll on Australia Day.

list of ingredients

  • 500g WA beef mince
  • Puff Pastry
  • 2 cups Brownes Traditional All Natural Yoghurt
  • 1 small onion
  • ¼ cup red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • Herbs and spices as per your personal taste (I used fennel seeds, chilli, garlic, turmeric, salt & pepper).


Finely chop onion and cook in a saucepan till soft. Add red wine vinegar, lemon juice and herbs and spices. Once onion mixture is cooled add Brownes Traditional All Natural Yoghurt and blitz in food processor till smooth. Marinate mince in onion mixture overnight. Construct sausage rolls to desired size and cook in the oven at 150 degrees.
