- Promoter
The promoter is Brownes Foods Operations Pty Limited trading as Brownes Dairy (ABN 60 146 849 881) of 22 Geddes Street, Balcatta, Western Australia 6021 (“Promoter”).
- Eligibility
Entry is open to residents of Western Australia aged 18 years or over.
Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, its related bodies corporate, agents, or agencies directly associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
Entrants must hold a valid email address or social media account to be eligible.
- Promotion Period
The promotion commences at 13:00 hrs AWST on 15 September 2026 and ends at 12:00 hrs AWST on 21 September 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
- How to Enter
To enter, eligible entrants must, during the Promotion Period:
- Follow @brownesdairy (on either Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
- Like the original giveaway post on the platform
- Correctly identify all three Brownes Dairy products represented by the emojis and, in 25 words or less, tell us which one is your favourite and why.
- Tag a friend(s) you’d enjoy them with.
Limit: one (1) entry per person. One person cannot enter on multiple platforms.
Incomplete, ineligible, or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
- Game of Skill
This promotion is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner.
All valid entries that correctly identify the three Brownes Dairy products will be judged by a panel appointed by the Promoter. Entries will be judged based on creativity, originality and relevance of the entrant’s response to the question, “Which one is your favourite and why?”
Judging will take place on 22 September 2026 at Brownes Dairy, 22 Geddes Street, Balcatta WA 6021. The eligible entry judged to best meet the judging criteria will be selected as the winner. The Promoter’s decision is final.
- Prizes
A Brownes Dairy product prize pack comprising three cartons of each of the three products featured in the Emoji Challenge, valued at $78 in total. There is one (1) prize available across Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. Total prize pool value: $78.
- Winner Notification & Prize Delivery
The winner will be notified by direct message (DM) on the platform they entered no later than 23 September 2026.
The Promoter will arrange with the winner details for prize collection.
If the winner does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, the Promoter may award the prize to the next highest-ranked eligible entry based on the original judging criteria.
- Verification
The Promoter may request proof of age, identity, and eligibility.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify entries that do not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
- General Conditions
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, late, or misdirected entries.
If the promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to technical difficulties, fraud, or any cause beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion.
Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from entry or prize acceptance.
- Privacy
Personal information collected will be used for the purposes of conducting the promotion and may be disclosed to third parties for prize fulfilment.

- Publicity
By entering, entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, and entry (if relevant) for promotional purposes without payment.
