Brownes CHILL “Summer of CHILL” Competition / Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

  1. Promoter

The promoter is Brownes Foods Operations Pty Limited trading as Brownes Dairy (ABN 60 146 849 881) of 22 Geddes Street, Balcatta, Western Australia 6021 (“Promoter”).

2. Eligibility
Entry is open to Western Australian residents aged over 18 years old only.
Employees of Brownes Dairy, their immediate family members, and any agencies, suppliers, or partners associated with this promotion are not eligible to enter this competition.

3. Promotional Period
The competition commences at 6:00pm AWST on 5 March 2026 and closes at 8:00am AWST on 13 March 2026. Entries received outside this period will not be considered.

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must complete all the following steps during the competition period:

    1. Follow Brownes CHILL on the relevant social media platform (Instagram or Facebook).
    2. Tag a friend in the comments; and
    3. Comment how they like to spend their “Summer of CHILL”.
    4. One (1) entry per person per platform (Instagram and Facebook).
    5. No bonus entries are permitted.
    6. Incomplete, ineligible, or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.

5. Prize Details
There will be:

      1. One (1) winner drawn from Instagram; and
      2. One (1) winner drawn from Facebook.
        Each winner will receive: (Total value of $444)
      3. One (1) 11L branded esky;
      4. Ten (10) Brownes CHILL cartons (500ml/600ml assorted); and
      5. Two (2) ice packs.
      6. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

6. Winner Selection and Notification
This promotion is a Game of Chance. A valid entry does not guarantee winning.

Winners will be drawn at random on 13 March 2026 between 8am and 4pm.
Winners will be announced via the relevant platform and contacted directly on Instagram and Facebook by Brownes CHILL to arrange prize collection during this time.

7. Prize Collection
Prizes will be available for collection from 8:00am AWST during the week commencing 16 March 2026, at Brownes Dairy in Balcatta (22 Geddes Street, Balcatta, WA, 6021)
If collection is not possible, an alternative arrangement may be agreed upon at the discretion of Brownes CHILL

8. General Conditions

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, late, or misdirected entries.

If the promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to technical difficulties, fraud, or any cause beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, terminate, or cancel the promotion. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from entry or prize acceptance.

9. Privacy

Personal information collected will be used for the purposes of conducting the promotion and may be disclosed to third parties for prize fulfilment.

10. Publicity

By entering, entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, and entry (if relevant) for promotional purposes without payment.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
