Win one of three pairs of return flights from Kuala Lumpur to Perth

Terms and Conditions

• Competition ends 20th July 2025 (Australian Western Standard Time).
• The competition is open to entries from Malaysia only.
• Only one receipt may be submitted per entry, but multiple entries per person are allowed.
• The competition is valid while stocks last.
• Entries must be received by Brownes Dairy [the Promoter] during the Competition Period.
• Entrants can win a maximum of one pair of return flight tickets from Kuala Lumpur to Perth per entrant.
• Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
• The Winners will be drawn at random by 20th August and notified by WhatsApp. Should the winner not respond within 24 hours a new winner may be selected in their place.
• To claim the prize, Personal Identification of the Winner (name, phone, email) is required.
• Each Winner will receive a gift voucher valued at RM3,600 for one pair of return flights stated in the competition. The Winner is responsible for making their own booking, plus that of their companion, directly with the service provider using the voucher. The voucher is subject to the service provider’s terms, including any expiry date or blackout periods, and must be used before its expiration. The Promoter is not responsible for any issues arising from booking availability or voucher expiry.
• The Promoter reserves the right to adjust the number of winners and/or replace any prizes with items of similar value without prior notice.
• Prize Winners and their companion are responsible for their own travel to and from Kuala Lumpur and Perth airports. Accommodation, spending money, meals, and all other ancillary costs are not included.
• The Winners are responsible for making their own visa and travel insurance arrangements, at their own expense.
• The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
• The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
• The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
